We believe that service standards from the Reinsurer should be regularly and constantly evaluated in order to improve the process and service to the client. We are instrumental in monitoring the Reinsurer to be sure they deliver the services according to their commitments and service expectations. Some of these service standards are listed but are not limited to:
- Claims paid in 45 days from receipt of completed claim
- Monthly reports from reinsurer on reserves and claims paid
- Medical management standards to better assist the Client
- Policy delivered in 60 days of policy inception
- Installation or orientation meeting scheduled within 90 days of policy inception
- Organ Transplant Network made available to the Client
As you can see, this is only the beginning in order to purchase the proper reinsurance for the needed coverage. The purpose of working closely with you is to reduce or prevent gaps, errors or limitations from occurring which is preventive medicine. Thus, you have a greater likelihood of eliminating a “swiss cheese or accidental” Reinsurance Program.
